Observer Signal Lady Jean, born March 20, 1946, was bred by Victory Jersey Farm, Tulia, Texas. She sold in dam to High Lawn Farm, Lenox, Mass., where she remained until her death in 1956.

"Lady Jean’s" lifetime production on DHIA/DHIR test totaled 76,974 lbs. milk and 4,258 lbs. fat, with DHIR average daily production of 30.0 lbs. milk and 1.7 lbs. fat.

She was a daughter of Observer Blondes Signal, with a May, 1970 USDA Sire Summary of +317M, +11F, with 81% repeatability. This proof is unadjusted for the current genetic base of the breed, and therefore cannot be directly compared to current sire evaluations. Her dam, Welcome Lady Jean, was a National yearling 305-day milk champion, with a best record at 1-11 305 13,047 4.8% 631.
